ETS Solutions was formed in 2002 by a team of engineers with a variety of professional experiences in the vibration testing industry. Their success is based on providing affordable systems with the latest technology and providing responsive timely service.
ETS Solutions is a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and integration of advanced vibration testing systems. Since our inception, we’ve been committed to delivering cutting-edge, reliable, and high-performance solutions for industries that demand the most stringent standards—automotive, aerospace, electronics, defense, renewable energy, and beyond.
Their product portfolio includes electrodynamic shakers, amplifiers, vibration controllers, combined environmental systems, and more.
ETS Solutions offers a comprehensive range of electrodynamic shaker systems designed to meet the most rigorous testing standards across the aerospace, automotive, and electronics industries. From benchtop sub-assembly testing to full-scale satellite simulation, our systems deliver unparalleled reliability.
They categorize their solutions into five distinct series to match your specific payload and performance requirements:

L Series shakers are a cost effective solutions for product testing and stress screening of small components such as electronic sub-assemblies, automotive components, connectors and portable music devices.

M1 Series shakers are designed for the vibration testing of small-sized payloads such as electronic assemblies, home appliances, automotive components and other types of sub-assemblies.

LS Series shakers designed for long stroke displacement tests, they outperform hydraulic shakers, reaching 3,000Hz and 100g (bare table), with a max velocity of 5.9 ft/s (1.8 m/s). Ideal for packaging, transportation, and vehicle testing.

Water-cooled Series designed to test some of the world’s most complex applications, including satellites, avionics, combined space simulation, military electronics and hazardous materials. Used worldwide in clean room environments and can be certified to federal standard 209 Class 100000.

The "I" Series vibration testing system is ideal for screening of medium sized assemblies with large acceleration and high frequency test requirements. The "I" Series also meets typical vibration test requirements of other medium to large sized electronic assemblies, automotive parts, aviation and avionics parts.
The ETS Solutions MPA series amplifier family is a wide frequency band digital switching (Class D) Power Amplifier designed with latest state-of-the-art technology. A number of built-in features in the amplifier allow vibration testing to be performed with ease. User friendly operation and an interactive microprocessor logic control system ensures the MPA amplifier delivers full performance and is compatible with any make of electro-dynamic shaker. The IPA series is our 4th generation high performance PWM switching (Class-D) power amplifier designed for continuous operation with any shaker system in the vibration testing industry. The IPA (Intelligent Power Amplifier) series amplifiers have incorporated many new features and designs.
The IPA amplifier uses a large touch screen user interface and the latest FPGA with DSP technology which is designed to drive and monitor its IGBT power modules output. A complete new design concept is taken to built-in a dedicated FPGA-PWM controller into each power module. The high-speed FPGA-PWM controller handles a closed loop digital signal processed pulse width modulation driving circuit to the IGBTs. An error control logic in the FPGA-PWM controller handles low output distortion with fast over-current and short-circuit protection on the IGBTs. The FPGD-PWM controller incorporates a synchronous phase logic control to ensure all power modules operate in phase and its output current are balanced. The touch screen control provides clear and easy interface on the amplifier control and monitoring. It is also capable of remote control and monitoring function via the internet. This makes the IPA series amplifier the most user friendly, reliable and high performance switching amplifier for shaker system in the market. The amplifier outputs range from 30 kVA to 1,200 kVA.
Groove bearings, combined with a magnesium or aluminum slip plate. Oil is supplied through portholes in the granite slab and is dispersed throughout the underside of the slip plate. The oil film provides a low friction surface, a damping medium for restraint of resonances, pitch and roll moments. Yaw restraint is provided by the V-groove guide bearings combined with the armature guidance system.
GT Series guide bearings are primarily designed for use with ETS Unibase shakers but are available for any existing or new shaker.
The BT Series design provides a high over-turning moment and cross-axial restraint. This concept combines a standard slip table assembly with 3,000 psi hydrostatic bearings to provide high dynamic moment restraint while preserving the damping characteristics of an oil film. This system allows testing of heavy products with high centers gravity by reacting moments through the hydrostatic bearings. Cross-axis motion is constrained and is typically less than 10% of input at frequencies up to 2000 Hz. except at resonance. Additional hydrostatic bearings can be supplied to provide extra restraint when testing parameters require a higher overturning moment.
The BT Series Hydrostatic Slip Tables can be configured to any size or shape and are available with any ETS Unibase shaker for any existing single and multi-shaker installation.
